Abstract
This Law amends Article 8 regarding certification and Article 13 by changing "relevant executive authorities" to "accredited conformity assessment body of the relevant executive authority or accredited conformity assessment bodies". Furthermore this Law adds “accreditation of these conformity assessment bodies shall be carried out in the manner prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on accreditation in the field of conformity assessment” to the Article 13.
