Abstract
This Law adds Article 29.4-1 regarding certification of pesticides and biological preparations by an accredited conformity assessment body or accredited conformity assessment body of the relevant executive authority and Article 29.4-2 regarding accreditation of conformity assessment bodies provided for in Article 29.4-1 of the Law on phytosanitary control in the manner prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on accreditation in the field of conformity assessment.
