Abstract
This Law amends Article 22.0.3 by changing “state seed laboratory” to “accredited test laboratories" and by changing “state seed agency” to “accredited conformity assessment body”. This Law adds “accreditation of these conformity assessment bodies shall be carried out in the manner prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on accreditation in the field of conformity assessment” to the Article 22.
