Abstract
This Law determines the goals and principles of inspections conducted in the field of entrepreneurship, the rules of organization and conduct, the rights and duties of inspection bodies and their officials during inspections, and the requirements related to the protection of the rights and interests of entrepreneurs. The purpose of inspections is to ensure compliance by entrepreneurs with the mandatory requirements for entrepreneurial activity, including ensuring the safety of people's life or health, food safety, protection of the environment and the state's property interests by providing assistance to entrepreneurs in these fields.

Entry into force notes
This Law shall enter into force six months after its publication.
