Abstract
This Law amends the Environmental Protection Law by making minor changes in several different articles. The Law firstly repels the Clause 3.3 of the Article 23. It also changes the title of Article 26 as ‘regarding the environmental protection insurance’ and makes other minor changes in the same Article. The Law further makes minor amendments Article 74 regarding the officials responsible for the supervision of environmental protection and Article 78 regarding the violation of the Law.
