Abstract
By the Presidential Decree No. 560 dated 30 October 2009, Memorandum of Understanding between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Korea on cooperation in the field of agriculture was approved. The Parties agree upon carrying out activities regarding processing, distribution and marketing of agricultural products, small-scale enterprises in food business, agriculture and agro-food sector and promotion of agricultural trade and investment between the private sectors of both countries. The Parties shall develop the cooperation by exchange of information, experts, experiences and technological practices. The Parties may organize symposia, workshops, exhibitions and video-conferences. This MoU may be amended by mutual written consent. The dispute may be solved by consultations between the Parties. This MoU shall be valid for five years and automatically renewable with termination rights requiring six months written notice.
