Memorandum of Understanding between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic on cooperation in the field of agriculture.

By the Presidential Decree No. 1551 dated 20 November 2015, Memorandum of Understanding between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic on cooperation in the field of agriculture was approved. The Parties agree upon carrying out activities regarding promotion of trade and investment in sectors of agriculture and agro-food industry, breeding of high-yielding animal species, artificial insemination, cattle breeding, dairy production, plant varieties, seed and seedling, brewery, processing of barley and certification and marketing of organic agricultural production. The Parties shall develop the cooperation by exchange of information, new technological practices and experts. The Parties may organize training programs, seminars, conferences, agricultural fair and exhibitions. The dispute may be solved by consultations between the Parties. This MoU shall be valid until one of the Parties exercises its termination rights requiring written notice.
