Memorandum of Understanding between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State of Qatar on cooperation in the field of agriculture.

By the Presidential Decree № 886 dated 28 April 2016, Memorandum of Understanding between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State of Qatar on cooperation in the field of agriculture was approved. The Parties agree upon cooperation in the field of livestock and poultry sector, agricultural production, seed production and environmental protection. The Parties shall develop the cooperation by exchange of information and experience, developing joint agriculture projects and promoting investments. The Parties may organize seminars, conferences and training programs for agriculture experts. This MoU may be amended by mutual written consent. The dispute may be solved by consultations and negotiations between the Parties. This MoU shall be valid for five years and is automatically renewable with termination rights requiring six months written notice.
