Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the fields of labor, employment and social protection between the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.

Both parties agree on cooperating, within the scope of their competences and in accordance with their national legislation, in the following areas: (i) strengthening of capacity on labor norms and standards; (ii) strengthening of the social security system; (iii) development of the vocational training system; (iv) development of skills for youth employment; (v) improvement of the labor market; (vi) social protection of migrant workers. The Parties shall establish a Joint Working Group to discuss, monitor and evaluate the implementation of this Memorandum of Understanding. The Parties may make amendments to this Agreement through protocols. This MoU shall be valid for three years and may be extended for successive period of three years unless terminated by written notice requiring 60 days through diplomatic channels.
