Abstract
The present Ministerial Decree establishes the mechanism of the state regulation of the manufacturing and storage of all types of ethyl alcohol for alimentary purposes, liquors and tobaccos. Licences for carrying out the aforesaid activities shall be issued to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs by the Ministry of Agriculture. Licences for the manufacturing of liquors and tobaccos shall be issued for the annual output of no less than twenty thousand decalitres of liquors and no less than fifty million cigarettes. The period of validity of licence shall be established by request of the applicant but cannot be less than two years. Licences shall be non transferable.
