Ministerial Decree No. 12 regarding validation of the Regulation on the modalities of issuing special permit (licence) for carrying out pedigree stock-breeding.

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of issuing special permit (licence) for carrying out pedigree stockbreeding. In accordance with the present Regulation the Ministry of Agriculture is entitled to issue licence that is official document authorizing legal persons and natural persons engaged in entrepreneurial activity without formation of legal entity irrespectively of the forms of property and organizational and legal form, to carry out pedigree stock-breeding. Applicants can carry out entrepreneurial activity specified in the licence after obtaining the licence in accordance with the present Regulation in accordance with the established modalities and terms. The Regulation consists of 8 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 establishes the modalities of issuing licences. Section 3 regards the contents of licences. Section 4 specifies terms of licences. Section 5 regards copy of licence. Section 6 establishes the modalities of application of licences and the modalities of control. Section 7 regards suspension or cancellation of licences. Section 8 establishes liability.
