Ministerial Decree No. 139 on the development of seed production of agricultural plants.

This Decree lays down provisions on regulating the activities of scientific institutions and organizations engaged in seed production in Azerbaijan, strengthening of their material and technical bases, meeting the needs of producers in seeds and ensuring the development of agricultural plant production in the country. The purpose of this Decree is to achieve dynamic development of plant production in Azerbaijan by expanding state support for the seed production sector and increasing the production of agricultural plants.
