Abstract
This Decree aims at improving law compliance in the forest sector and controlling illegal forestry activities by determining fines according to the amount of damage given to (i) forests under restoration, (ii) forest plantation area, (iii) pastures, (iv) tree growing zones, (v) forestry products, (vi) trees and shrubs by illegal logging, and (vii) forest warning signs.
