Ministerial Decree No. 152 on agricultural census.

This Decree aims at determining development strategy in agriculture and gathering complete and comprehensive information with respect to the creation of the database regarding the existing situation of agriculture. This Decree states that preparatory work for the agricultural census shall be carried out, its implementation shall be ensured, materials shall be registered and finally the results shall be published by the State Statistics Committee. A Commission shall be established to carry out agricultural census and to develop methodological guidelines, which is composed of experts from the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Finance, the State Land and Cartography Committee, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, National Academy of Science and from other relevant scientific research institutes. This Decree underlines that the agricultural census covers all enterprises engaged in agricultural production regardless of their ownership forms.
