Ministerial Decree No. 152 on approval of the rules for fishing and protection of fish stocks.

The rules for fishing and protection of fish stocks were drafted by the State Institution of Fishing Industry. This Decree sets forth provisions on a) industrial fish hunting, b) fish catching equipments and methods, c) fishery for scientific research, fish breeding, control and acclimatization, d) sport and leisure fish hunting and e) duties and responsibilities of State Service for Fish Protection. This Decree lists prohibitions regarding fisheries for the purpose of protection of habitat of fish resources. This Decree specifies types and sizes of fish and aquatic animals allowed to be hunted.
