Abstract
In accordance with Articles 25.2, 25.5 and 25.8 of the Law on Food Safety, thsi Decree establishes the rules for registration, suspension, restoration, cancellation and re-registration of novel food products, genetically modified organisms and feed products, food additives, feed additives, biologically active food products and natural mineral waters, and the validity period of registration. The purposes of these Rules are to assess the impact of products on public health, determine their safety and minimum quality, and ensure compliance with other requirements established by regulatory legal acts in the fields of labeling and food safety, before their production, processing and/or placing on the market.
