Abstract
This Decree lays down rules on the operation of electrical installations; regime and basic conditions of electricity consumption; the boundaries of responsibility between the state power enterprise, energy supply enterprise, and the independent energy producer; state control over electrical installations; installation and operation of electricity metering devices; calculations for the use of electricity; responsibility of consumers and conditions for suspending electricity supply; financial liability of energy supply enterprise to consumers and the state power enterprise to energy supply enterprise, in case damage occurs as a result of an accident in the energy system or in the network of an energy supply enterprise; and annual, quarterly and monthly electricity production and storage for independent energy producers.
