Ministerial Decree No. 2 on approval of rules regarding international trade in endangered species of wild fauna and flora.

This Decree states that these rules have been developed in order to ensure implementation of the Convention on İnternational Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora as a participating country. This Decree sets forth provisions on the duties of administrative and scientific authorities, terms and conditions of certification, cancellation and termination of certificate and specimen collection. This Decree shall include the list of endangered species of wild flora and fauna, list of wild fauna and flora species required to be protected, model certificate and model permit for specimen of species.
