Ministerial Decree № 202 on fisheries registration.

This Decree shall apply to real and legal persons engaged in fish trade. Information regarding veterinary and phytosanitary control over the use of fish and aquatic biological resources by the Ministry of Agriculture, use of water facilities under the Azerbaijan Amelioration and Water Management Open Joint Stock Company for fishing purposes, use of water reservoirs under the Ministry of Emergency Situations for fishing purposes, and fishing vessels with engine capacity of less than 250 kW and total capacity of less than 300 tonnes under the State Maritime Administration shall be collected and accordingly a database will be established.
