Abstract
This Decree sets out rules on safe rail transport of dangerous goods in the territory of Azerbaijan. This Decree underlines that shippers, freight forwarders and real and legal persons engaged in the rail transport sector shall comply with regulatory requirements and safety rules. This Decree states that the contracting parties of the Convention on International Carriage of Dangerous Goods shall comply with the Agreement on International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by rail and the non-member states shall be governed by private agreements.
