Ministerial Decree № 218 on list of water bodies for fishing purposes and water use restrictions.

This Decree aims at increasing productivity of fish and other aquatic resources, as well as water restoration and conservation. This Decree sets forth provisions on coastal zone management, construction and use of fishing facilities, fish reproduction, restriction on water users’ rights, protection of species, water management, effluent wastewater, fish migration and water conservation zones.
