Abstract
Legal persons irrespectively of their organizational and legal form and natural persons shall be granted the right to short-term forest management for the period of up to one year. The applicant shall submit the application form containing personal data, address, location of forest plot and types of requested forest management. Forest management shall be regulated by contractual arrangements. During the period of authorized forest management of public forest the rights of forest manager shall be regulated in conformity with Forest Code.
