Abstract
This Decree sets forth provisions on establishing a State Information Fund for hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring, developing and protecting meteorological observation networks and certification for registered data due to hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring. This Decree states that a State Information Fund shall be managed by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. This Decree shall identify the types of information regarding hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring, as operational or general-purpose and paid or unpaid.
