Ministerial Decree № 303 on certification and registration of stakeholders engaged in food sector for food safety.

The public institutions, municipalities, legal and real persons engaged in food sector shall be registered by the Food Safety Agency. The activities of these registered stakeholders shall be under control by the Food Safety Agency in accordance with the hygiene, phytosanitary, veterinary and ecological requirements with a farm-to-fork approach, including all stages of food chain. Furthermore, the Food Safety Agency has the authority for sampling and analysis from the accredited laboratories. This Decree sets forth provisions on registration procedures and obligations of the public institutions, municipalities, legal and real persons engaged in food sector. These records shall take place in the website of the Agency and are open to the general public.
