Abstract
This Decree regulates the issuance, renewal and termination of a certificate on the source of electricity produced from renewable energy sources. The certificate shall be issued by the State Agency for Renewable Energy Sources under the Ministry of Energy upon the application by conducting an inspection of generating facilities producing electricity from renewable energy sources.
