Ministerial Decree No. 373 on the approval of the “Rules for issuing internal quarantine certificates for plants and plant products, phytosanitary (re-export phytosanitary) certificates for the export (re-export) of these products” and amendments to the Resolution No. 280 of the Council of Ministers “on approval of some normative legal acts in the area of phytosanitary control”.

This Decree establishes the rules for internal quarantine certificates for plants and plant products during their transportation within the country, and phytosanitary (re-export phytosanitary) certificates during their export (re-export), to be issued by the Food Safety Agency. It lays down requirements to obtain internal quarantine certificates and phytosanitary certificates for plants and plant products intended for export. The templates of the certificates are annexed to this Decree.
