Ministerial Decree No. 377 on approval of the rules regarding storage, utilization and supply of seeds for the State Seed Funding.

This Decree regulates issues related to storage, utilization and supply of high-yielding varieties of seeds for the State Seed Funding, under the Ministry of Agriculture. This Decree covers seeds, including generative and vegetative planting materials, such as tubers, bulbs, seedlings. This Decree sets forth the provisions on supply, utilization and storage of good quality seeds, regeneration of seeds and financial measures.
