Ministerial Decree No. 408 on approval of the rules regarding e-agriculture information systems.

This Decree aims at setting up “e-agriculture” information system in a three-year period to ensure integration with other public information systems and resources. This Decree states that the users of “e-agriculture” information systems shall be agricultural manifacturers, real or legal person operating in the field of agriculture and public institutes. This Decree sets forth the principles of “e-agriculture” information system activities, structure of “e-agriculture” information system and record keeping, the integration with other public information systems and resources, functions of operation and duties of users and participants.
