Ministerial Decree No. 41 on approval of the Charter of the State Fund for protection of environment.

The State Fund for protection of environment shall be established with the aim of taking preventive measures, developing projects and technologies, ensuring efficient use of natural resources, promoting economic stimulation and auditing other activities in the field of environmental protection. This Decree states that the Fund is formed by a) fines imposed on the violation of legislation regarding environmental protection (except aquaculture), b) payment for the use of nature, c) revenue from sales of products obtained illegally and confiscated hunting and fishing equipment, and d) voluntarily paid contributions of the state, non-governmental organizations, real and legal persons.
