Ministerial Decree No. 63 approving the criteria for determining risk groups of goods.

This Decree defines risk groups of goods as high, medium, low groups, depending on the degree of danger posed by the goods to people's life and health, the environment, property and the interests of the state. The risk groups are listed in Article 2(1) including but not limited to: chemical hazard, microbiological hazard, and radiation hazard. When applying the criteria, vulnerable consumer groups shall be taken into account according to the degree of severity of the danger that may arise from the goods.
