Ministerial Decree No. 65 on the establishment of State Committee on private households in the agricultural sector.

This Decree sets out provisions on the structure, duties and responsibilities of the State Committee on private households in the agricultural sector. The Committee is charged with representing the Republic of Azerbaijan in the international arena within the scope of projects, carrying out control over the relevant state agencies, electing the President of the Agency for Support to the Development of the Agricultural Private Sector, establishing private agricultural enterprises and approving the Statutes of regional organizations established within the scope of the projects.
