Abstract
This Decree states that the purpose of state programs is to ensure systematic and comprehensive measures according to the state policy for environmental education and awareness. State programs cover all areas related to environmental protection, conservation of ecological balance, sustainable use of natural resources and biodiversity conservation. This Decree sets forth provisions on preparation and publication of state programs.
