Abstract
This Decree sets out rules on safe marine transportation of dangerous goods and storage, loading and unloading of dangerous goods in ports of Azerbaijan in accordance with the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) and International Maritime Dangerous Good Code. This Decree underlines that maritime transportation of dangerous goods shall only be permitted with a license issued by the State Committee for Industrial Safety and Mining Supervision. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, maritime transportation of radioactive waste shall not be allowed.
