Ministerial Decree No. 76 on enforcement of control measures for radiation safety.

This Decree states that State Customs Committee is in charge with setting up stationary apparatus at border checkpoints with the aim of conducting radiation inspection over imported, exported and transit goods in roads, railways, airports, harbours and navigation routes. This Decree underlines that ministries, committees, companies, associations, institutions and organizations shall inventorize radioactive substances and other ionizing radiation sources every year and report periodically to the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
