Abstract
By this Decree, the rules were approved regarding permit for process engineering and agricultural activities in lands affected by landslide, flood, erosion, wind erosion, land subsidence, abrasion and volcanic mud as well as in wetlands. This Decree states that the State Committee of Geology and Mineral Resources shall be the authorized body for assessment of exposure and monitoring of exogenous geological processes and shall take measures against them. This Decree underlines that utilization of lands affected by exogenous geological processes for any purpose without the consent of the central executive bodies is prohibited.
