Abstract
This Decree states that the State Cadastral Fund includes cadastral data and materials regarding designated purpose, borders, configuration, geographical location, legal status and other quantitative and qualitative indicators of all lands in Azerbaijan. All enterprises in Azerbaijan shall submit materials concerning land cadastre, land monitoring and land structure in the manner prescribed by law to the State Committee on Property Issues. This Decree underlines that State Cadastral Fund was established in conjunction with the geodesy, cartography and other cadastral funds and is an integral part of the uniform information fund. This Decree sets forth provisions on sources of fund and terms of use and protection of fund.
