Abstract
This Decree aims at ensuring environmental protection, biodiversity conservation and pollution control. In order to achieve these goals, the Republic of Azerbaijan approves two environmental state programs. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources shall be responsible to implement these state programs.
