Presidential Decree No. 1323 on issues related to the management of agricultural lands in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.

The President decrees that the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be temporarily responsible for: (I) leasing agricultural lands for the production and processing of agricultural products; (II) control over the use of leased land for its intended purpose, as well as the exchange of agricultural land under cultivation, perennial crops and abandoned agricultural land within the category of agricultural land; and (III) the attribution of land to the category of agricultural land, the composition of agricultural land within that category, as well as the replacement of pasture, grassland or mowed agricultural land to agricultural land under crops and perennial crops.
