Presidential Decree No. 1464 on some measures related to improving governance in the field of digitalization, innovation, high technologies and communications in Azerbaijan.

The President decrees to establish agencies under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport. The purpose of this Decree is to ensure the expansion of digitalization and the application of innovations, the development of communication and information technologies, the improvement of regulatory mechanisms and the formation of a healthy competitive environment, thus increasing quality, innovation, investment attractiveness and protecting consumer interests.
