Presidential Decree No. 148 on the activities of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Azerbaijan.

This Decree lays down rules for the establishment of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency, its duties, powers, administration and funds. The list of services provided to micro, small and medium business entities is annexed to this Decree. These services shall be provided by the relevant state institutions, including services in the fields of but not limited to: social protection, customs, financing, certification, investment, authorization for international trade of endangered species of wilf flora and fauna, environmental expertise, authorization for mining and exploration, permit for the operation of gas plant or electrical installations, management of hazardous waste, agricultural credit, phytosanitary and sanitary certification, and food safety.
