Abstract
In order to improve irrigation efficiency in arable lands and to meet the need for safe drinking water of population, measures shall be taken and water reservoirs, water channels and other water facilities shall be brought into use. The Azerbaijan Amelioration and Water Management Open Joint Stock Company shall be financed by the State for drilling new artesian wells to meet the needs. The list of planned artesian wells and the districts in which wells will be drilled is attached to this Decree.
