Abstract
This Decree determines the procedure for selecting an electricity producer in the area of renewable energy sources, as well as the features and conditions of contracts concluded with the producer, as well as the criteria for forming guaranteed tariffs when selecting an electricity producer in the area of renewable energy sources. The contracts under this Decree include: (i) investment contract between the authorized institution and the producer; (ii) electricity purchase agreement between the guaranteed buyer and the producer; and (iii) electricity grid connection agreement between the transmission or distribution system operator and the producer, depending on the network to which the power plant will be connected.
