Abstract
The State Commission shall be established with the purpose of monitoring water reservoirs playing an important role in ensuring water, food and energy security. The Commission shall be charged with monitoring water reservoirs in water conservation zone and hydro-technical facilities, determining the damage factors and taking measures for improvement. The Commission shall be composed of 10 members and the Deputy Prime Minister shall chair the Commission.
