Abstract
The main objective of this Decree is to improve water supply and other related services, to develop the field of water supply according to the principles of market economy and to enhance its effectiveness. This Decree states that Azersu OJSC is the central executive organization for drinking water supply and sanitation services. The Council of Ministers is charged with approving the Charter of the Azersu OJSC and developing a strategic plan.
