Presidential Decree No. 386 on measures to improve the activities of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.

This Decree lays down the Charter of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection. The Ministry shall be the central executive body implementing state policy in the areas of labour relations, labour protection, use of labour resources, social protection, including labour pensions and social insurance, state compulsory personal insurance, employment, unemployment insurance, demography, medical and social expertise, rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, foster families and adoption. This Decree also establishes the State Labour Inspectorate Service under the Ministry and sets out its structure, duties and powers.
