Abstract
This Decree amends Paragraph 8 of Article 1 as “In order to protect soil and water areas from anthropogenic impacts, sanitary-protection zones shall be identified in national parks. The identification and protection mode shall be in accordance with Article 10.1 of the Law No. 840-IQ on protected areas.” Furthermore, “protected area” phrase shall be changed as “sanitary-protection areas” in Article 3.8.4.
