Abstract
This Decree lays down rules to optimize the activities of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and further improve its structure and management. The President decrees to establish the State Ecological Safety Service, the Forest Development Service, the National Hydrometeorological Service, Biological Diversity Conservation Service, and the State Ecological Expertise Agency under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. This Decree determines the responsibility of the State Ecological Expertise Agency to ensure compliance with the requirements of environmental protection in accordance with the laws of Azerbaijan, as well as to provide services in this area. It also abolishes some institutions under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
