Presidential Decree No. 50 on approval of the Statute of Denizkenari National Park (Baku Boulevard).

This Decree states that the Denizkenari National Park (Baku Boulevard) shall be approved as a protected area and shall be managed under the protection regime prescribed by the Law on environmental protection and nature management. Furthermore, this National Park will be restored and reconstructed. This Decree underlines that the construction of facilities in the national park shall be permitted if only approved by the state authorities in accordance with the relevant legislation.
