Abstract
This Decree defines the Main State Technical Supervision Inspectorate under the Ministry of Agriculture as an executive body carrying out registration of transport vehicles and mechanisms listed by the Council of Ministers and state control over their technical conditions and utilization. This Decree sets forth provisions on duties and responsibilities, areas of activity and organization of the Main State Technical Supervision Inspectorate.
