Presidential Decree No. 607 on improving management in the field of development of micro, small and medium-sized businesses, promotion of investments and exports, and regulating some related issues.

This Decree aims to ensure a more efficient and coordinated implementation of state policy in the field of micro, small and medium-scale business development, and promotion of investment and export. It establishes the Agency for Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses, Investments and Export Promotion under the Ministry of Economy. The Agency shall carry out activities in the direction of supporting the development of micro, small and medium-sized businesses, promoting investments and exports in the non-oil (gas) sector, participating in the protection of the interests of business entities, and coordinating the services of state institutions and entrepreneurs in this area. Until the Agency fully operates, the Agency for Small and Medium Business Development and the Agency for Investment and Export Promotion – AZPROMO under the Ministry of Economy shall continue their activities.
